2. Agreement By placing an order on this Website, you are making an offer to purchase a product on and subject to the following Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

4. Orders

  • When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email is an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

  • A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and we have debited your credit or debit card.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within New Zealand and Australia.

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days for domestic orders. These are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by the courier.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Risk of loss and title for all Products ordered pass to you when the Products are delivered to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA): Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms will limit your rights under the CGA.

Discretionary 'Change of Mind' Returns: We are not obligated to provide a refund or credit if you change your mind or make an incorrect selection. We ask that you choose your items carefully and contact us with any questions before making a purchase.

However, you may contact us to request a return or exchange. Any such request will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of Tame Iti Ltd.

  • High-Value Items: Please be aware that due to their unique nature, value, and the logistics of handling, requests for "change of mind" returns on high-value artworks (e.g., those valued at or over $1,000 NZD) or commissioned pieces will generally not be approved. All sales for such items should be considered final.

  • Process for Request: To request a discretionary return, you must contact us at info@tameiti.co.nz within 10 days of receiving your item.

  • Conditions: If we do approve a return, the Product must be returned to us in its exact original, saleable condition, and you will be responsible for the cost and safe arrangement of return shipping.

  • Outcome: If a return is approved, we will typically offer a store credit or exchange for the purchase price of the item, less any original shipping costs.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tame Iti ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Products or Website. This does not limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
